Program launches without valid License
If Pythagoras seems to launch without a valid license, while you purchased one from a partner or Pythagoras HQ, you would need to try the following:
- Disconnect the USB key, restart your computer en try to launch Pythagoras
- If the light of the USB is not lit while connected, try another USB port
- Install the latest driver (available on our website), restart your system and try to launch Pythagoras with the USB connected
- Install the latest version of Pythagoras (available on our website), restart your system and try to launch Pythagoras with the USB connected
- Make sure your Windows is completely up-to-date
If these tips don't solve the problem, feel free to contact our support department (support@pythagoras.net).
Also if the light of the USB flashes, you need to contact our support team.
