If the client contacts us with the following system error "Pythagoras.1234" it means that:
- The client is using a hacked version of Pythagoras
- The client messed up the Pythagoras system and core files to make it crash
SOLUTION TO BE EXECUTED BY A PYTHAGORAS SUPPORT AGENT ONLY:
CASE 1 - User login (common)
- Login as the user which has been affected
- Copy the attached User Tool.zip file to the desktop using Anydesk.
- Unzip the file
- Run the error13.1234.exe
- Delete the program from the clients computer
- Reboot the system
- Login in with the user credentials
- Install Pythagoras if needed
- Launch Pythagoras
CASE 2 - Admin login (rare)
- Login as admin
- Copy the attached Admin Tool.zip file to the desktop using Anydesk.
- Unzip the file
- Run the error13.1234.exe
- Delete the program from the clients computer
- Reboot the system
- Log in with user credentials
- Install Pythagoras if needed
- Launch Pythagoras
THIS PROGRAM CANNOT BE LEFT ON THE CLIENTS COMPUTER AND NEEDS TO BE DELETED COMPLETELY. IF YOU MOVED THE FILE TO THE RECYCLE BIN, ASK THE CLIENT TO EMPTY THE RECYCLE BIN AND CHECK IF THE FILE IS ERASED COMPLETELY!
