How to activate your license

You have received an e-mail sent by sales@pythagoras.net with the subject: 'Your vendor has granted you access to an application'? This means your Cloud license is ready!

Step 1: Download and install the Pythagoras software.

During the installation, if checked, the HASP driver is automatically installed. Depending on the version you installed:

- version 2024: go to step 2

- older versions: the embedded HASP driver within older versions is outdated. Therefor it is required to first download and install the most recent HASP driver. Close Pythagoras, download HASPUserSetup.exe (Product version 9.16) and install (open and execute).

Step 2: Activate your license

1. Close Pythagoras
2. Go to your e-mails and search for the email sent by sales@pythagoras.net with subject: Your vendor has granted you access to an application.
3. Click on the first link in the e-mail.
4. In your browser click on the button 'Install'.
    
5. Confirmation of successful installation appears.
6. Open Pythagoras
7. via Help > About Pythagoras > License info. In the window Licensing: License info the Type should read Sentinel SL. 

Your browser says: This site can't be reached. / Can't connect to server 'localhost'.

You need to first install Pythagoras: Install Pythagoras 

No success confirmation in browser. Then first close Pythagoras and reinstall the HASP driver. (to have access to the Downloads page you need to have a Pythagoras account)

Verification of successful activation

Open your local License Admin Control Center via your internetbrowser using the address: localhost:1947
