Sentinel Runtime herstellen of opnieuw installeren

Herstel of installeer de Sentinel LDK Runtime Environment (opnieuw) als de Sentinel License Manager ontbreekt, niet correct werkt of Pythagoras geen licenties kan detecteren.

1. Sluit Pythagoras volledig af.

2. Download de nieuwste Sentinel Runtime:

   https://www.pythagoras.net/content/uploads/sites/2/cpt-downloads/HaspUserSetup.exe

3. Klik met de rechtermuisknop op HASPUserSetup.exe en kies Als administrator uitvoeren.

4. Volg de installatiewizard.

   De installatie:

   • installeert de Sentinel Runtime als deze ontbreekt; of
   • herstelt de bestaande installatie als deze al aanwezig is.
5. Start de computer opnieuw op.

Controleer de installatie

Na het opnieuw opstarten:

1. Open Taakbeheer → Services.
2. Controleer of hasplms (Sentinel LDK License Manager) in de lijst staat.
3. Als hasplms niet de status Wordt uitgevoerdheeft, volg dan:
           → De License Manager-service (hasplms) opnieuw starten
4. Start Pythagoras.

Als hasplms aanwezig is en actief is, werkt de Sentinel Runtime correct.
