The license update was created for a different computer or the local software license cannot be found.
Error 18 — HASP_KEYID_NOT_FOUND / 18 – KeyIdNotFound
USB This can occur for a USB license if the V2C targets a specific Sentinel key ID and that USB key is not connected or not recognized on the machine.
SL The V2C update was generated for a different Certificate SL license (different Key ID), or the base Certificate SL license is missing on the computer.
V2C file cannot be applied — error 48.
The Sentinel Runtime installation is incomplete or corrupted.
Error 48 — HASP_NO_VLIB / 48 – VendorLibNotFound

SL - The Sentinel Runtime cannot find the required vendor library (haspvlib_<vendorID>). This is typically a Runtime installation or corruption issue, not a license issue.
V2C file cannot update the license — error 65.

Error 65 — HASP_UPDATE_ALREADY_ADDED / 65 – UpdateAlreadyAdded
USB - This can occur for a USB license if the same V2C or V2CP update was already installed in the License Manager.
SL - The V2C (or V2CP) update has already been applied to this Certificate SL license. Reapplying it has no effect.
License upgrade failed.
V2C update failed without a specific error code.
