Licensing: Installeer nieuwe sleutel

Activation not allowed as remaining quantity is 0.

Oorzaak niet 100% gekend.

SOLUTION

1. On client side

Install RUS RUS_CXBCO_7.3.zip

• Open the RUS utility.
• Navigate to the Collect Status information tab.
• Select the option: Installation of new protection key.
• Press Collect information to generate a C2V file.
  • In the File Explorer window, select a location for the C2V file to be saved.
• Transfer C2V to support side

2. On support side
EMS > Entitlements

Search: Account name

Actions ••• Activate

Upload C2V: select the C2V

Generate V2C and download

3. On client side

In het 'Sentinel Admin Control Center' kan je zien welke licenties er beschikbaar zijn op je pc.

Je kan deze bestanden terugvinden via de windows verkenner: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SafeNet Sentinel\Sentinel LDK\installed\...

Verwijder hier alle licenties die verlopen zijn. Let wel op dat je zeker de nog werkende serverlicentie-bestanden niet verwijdert!

De bestanden die je gaat verwijderen zijn meestal trial-licenties. Deze zien er zo uit:

--> Daarbij komt het nummer overeen met de Key ID in het Sentinel Admin Control Center
