Create a PDF in Pythagoras

Pythagoras has a build-in option to create PDF files. To print a drawing correctly, you first prepare one or more plan sheets and position the drawing as it should appear on paper.

You can print to PDF when a PDF printer is available on your computer. For information about selecting a printer and paper size, see How to choose a printer and paper size?

Before creating a PDF, make sure the drawing is positioned, scaled, and oriented correctly on the plan sheet.
See Positioning a drawing on a sheet for detailed instructions.

STEPS

To create a PDF of you drawing in Pythagoras:

1. Go to File > Print to PDF...

2. Select the sheets you want to print.

3. Click OK.

RESULT

Pythagoras will create one or more PDF files.

The default file name combines the drawing name with the sheet name.

Each generated PDF contains all layers, terrain models, and objects from your drawing.
When opened in Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can use the Layers panel to turn layers or terrain models on and off.
