HASP errors that may occur: 48 or 50
This problem may occur when the Pythagoras vendor library is not available on the system where you wish:
- To activate a new product key (V2C created in EMS cannot be loaded)
- To move an existing license to (H2H created on source computer cannot be loaded)
Security issues can block the creating of this vendor library.
The location of this vendor library is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Aladdin Shared\HASP
Name of the file is: haspvlib_42965.dll (Attached)
SOLUTION:
- Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Aladdin Shared\HASP
- Is there a file named: haspvlib_42965.dll ?
- If the file is missing, download from haspvlib_42965.dll (pythagorasbvba.sharepoint.com)
- On the client system: Paste it to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Aladdin Shared\HASP
- Reboot the driver. OR the system
- Collect the V2C in EMS or H2H file created on the source computer
- Go to localhost:1947 on the clients computer
- Click Update/Attach on the left
- Load V2C or H2H file
