Less hassle – No need to explain everything step by step; we can look directly.
Secure and controlled – You decide when and for how long we have access to your computer.


How does it work?

1. Open AnyDesk via Pythagoras or download it

You can start AnyDesk in two ways:


Option 1: Through Pythagoras

  1. Open Pythagoras CAD.
  2. Click on the Help menu.
  3. Select Remote Support.
  4. Click the Download button.
  5. Run the AnyDesk.exe file.


Option 2: From the AnyDesk website

  1. Go to www.anydesk.com.
  2. Click the red Download Now button.
  3. Install and run AnyDesk.



2. Contact support

  1. Open AnyDesk on your computer.
  2. Next to Your Address, you will see a 9-digit code.
  3. Call our support team and provide this code.
  4. When we attempt to connect, a notification will appear. Click Accept to allow us to assist you.
  5. Keep AnyDesk active while we diagnose the problem.
  6. Describe your issue clearly, including error messages and any recent system changes.
