SOLUTION

Replacing the vendor library.

On client side

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Aladdin Shared\HASP
Is there a file named: haspvlib_42965.dll ?

Download: haspvlib_42965.dll (pythagorasbvba.sharepoint.com)

Place it in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Aladdin Shared\HASP
Go to Taskmanager: Services.
Search: hasplms
Restart.
