Troubleshooting License Recognition Issues

Program launches without valid License

If Pythagoras seems to launch without a valid license, try the following:


  1. Disconnect the USB Key: Disconnect the USB key, restart your computer, and try to launch Pythagoras again.
  2. Check USB Port: If the light on the USB is not lit, try another USB port.
  3. Install the Latest Driver: Download and install the latest driver from our website, restart your system, and try to launch Pythagoras with the USB connected.
  4. Install the Latest Version of Pythagoras: Download and install the latest version of Pythagoras from our website, restart your system, and try to launch Pythagoras with the USB connected.
  5. Update Windows: Make sure your Windows is completely up-to-date.
